He has been running mastermind programs with the Dad Edge since 2016 and has helped hundreds of men transform how their marriages and their relationship with the kids. He also co-founded the AiMS Institute which is a management consulting and leadership development company that has transformed how individuals and teams drive results and making lasting positive change. Jason has provided transformational leadership training to well over 1000 leaders. Jason lost his first wife Cindy to suicide in 2010 and his daughter Chloe, at 19 in 2023. He's committed to making meaning from their lives and deaths and this incredible retreat is one of the ways he's committed to doing that.
